MICROSCOPE PREVENTATIVE SERVICE CONSISTS AS FOLLOWS:
CLEANING:
All optical elements and mechanical components will be thoroughly cleaned using manufacturer’s recommended procedures.
LUBRICATION:
Moving
parts requiring lubrication will be degreased with proper solvents and re-lubricated with non- drying lubricants.
OPTICAL SYSTEMS:
Optical
elements will be inspected to insured that all optical alignments (focus adjustment, collimation, resolution & magnification)
meet manufacturer’s specifications & tolerances.
KOEHLLER ILLUMINATION:
Align all lighting paths, including condensers,
Epi-Fluorescence and vertical Illuminators. We inspect for bad power cords, lamp housing assemblies and replacement lamps.
SYSTEM
EVALUATION:
An image evaluation will be conducted to insured optimum performance of the instrument and that the instrument is
Performing to full mfr’s specification.
CALIBRATIONS:
J.R. Instruments Certifies that all calibrations are traceable to N.I.S.T. Standards and compliance with ANSI/NCSL Z540-1, ISO-1725 & MIL-STD 45662A. We also have a computerized recall data base for all our customers
6 Months labor & workmanship.
***We are factory trained and certified as a Service and Repair center for Leica, Nikon & Olympus microscopes and equipment. We service and repair at our facilities or yours on-site.
Preventative Maintenance and service contracts: On site or our location. Complete Preventative measures to keep your equipment and employee’s productivity at top levels. Complete Cleaning and Lubrication (internal and external), Optical and Illumination System inspection and adjustment, complete system evaluation to ensure instrument is performing optimally and to manufacturer’s specifications. Calibrations, Alignments and Certification also available. We accept all RFQ’s and can provide on-site, no obligation quotes and pricing.
